We met in Ellicott City for Claudia and Eddie’s engagement session. They brought their enormous pup and I got some amazing photos. I got a photo in front of the Ellicott City bridge, and then walked through town to find spots that were sentimental to them. I found some murals and some really cool stairs to take photos at. This was a great way to get to know them before their wedding.
Ellicott City is such a charming, historic town with a unique, slightly quirky personality that made for a vibrant backdrop. Letting Claudia and Eddie choose spots that held personal meaning made the session incredibly special and truly reflective of their story as a couple. From the iconic stone bridge to the colorful, artistic murals, I was able to weave together a visual narrative that felt authentically theirs.
Their huge dog was a welcome (and adorable) addition! Including pets adds life and love to the photos and helps everyone feel more relaxed and playful. Claudia and Eddie were naturals, whether posing by a piece of local art or cuddling up on those cool, winding stairs I found. Their easygoing nature and deep love for each other were evident in every frame. I loved getting to explore this unique town with them, and I’m looking forward to their celebration!
