What a privilege it was to capture the absolutely stunning wedding of Kendall and Wattana at the gorgeous Bluemont Estate! From the very first moment to the final sparkler, their day was filled with heartfelt moments, infectious laughter, and a palpable sense of joy.
The First Look and Portraits
We kicked off the day with a beautiful first look. The emotion on both of their faces was simply perfect; a quiet, intimate moment before the whirlwind began. Afterward, we made the most of the estate’s incredible setting for their couple’s portraits. The light was just right, bathing the grounds in a beautiful, soft glow that truly highlighted their love.
A High-Energy Wedding Party
Next up was the full wedding party, and let me tell you, this group brought the energy! The groomsmen, led by Wattana, had an arsenal of creative and hilarious poses that kept everyone laughing. Not to be outdone, Kendall and the bridesmaids had their own set of fun, coordinated shots. It’s always a treat when a wedding party is so enthusiastic and game for anything; it truly shines through in the photos!
Short, Sweet, and Celebration-Ready
The ceremony itself was perfectly short and sweet, a beautiful declaration of their commitment. As soon as they were pronounced married, the party immediately shifted into cocktail hour, where guests mingled and celebrated before the grand reception began.
Dinner, Dancing, and Delightful Games
The reception was a non-stop celebration! It started with a heartfelt welcome speech, followed by a delicious dinner. More touching speeches followed, full of beautiful memories and well-wishes.
A truly special moment was a video montage that took everyone on a journey through Kendall and Wattana’s lives, showcasing photos of them growing up and culminating in some of my favorite shots from their engagement session.
One of the night’s biggest hits was a fun and interactive game! Every guest was given a paddle with “Bride” on one side and “Groom” on the other. The DJ asked fun trivia questions about the couple, the guests held up their guesses, and then Kendall and Wattana revealed the true answer. It was a hilarious way to involve everyone and see just how well their friends and family knew them!
After the final fork of cake from the cake cutting, the dance floor officially opened up. The photo booth was a major hit, creating instant, silly memories for everyone!
A Private Farewell and Sparkler Send-Off
As the evening wound down, Kendall and Wattana shared a truly magical moment: a completely private last dance. With the lights low and the hall empty, they had a few precious, final minutes together, just soaking in the day and their new marriage.
Finally, we sent them off in spectacular fashion with a vibrant sparkler send-off! Surrounded by their cheering loved ones and a tunnel of glittering light, it was the perfect, dramatic punctuation mark on an incredible day.
